  • The right to rectification: the customer can notify NULLORA of any changes in their personal data. 
  • The right to erasure: the customer can request that their personal data is blocked and erased. 
  • The right to restriction of processing: it entails a restriction on the processing of personal data.
  • The right to object: the customer may withdraw their consent to processing of data by objecting to them being processed.
  • The right to data portability: in some cases, the customer may ask for a copy of their personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit such data to another controller.
  • The right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making, including profiling: the customer may request not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling which produces legal effects concerning them or similarly significantly affects them.

In some cases, petitions can be denied if the customer requests data deemed necessary in compliance with the law, to be deleted. Additionally, if the customer has any complaints concerning the processing of data they may fill in a claim to the data protection authorities.
