Política de reembolso

 

 The customer has the right to return any item purchased within 14 days upon receiving it. The items are to be returned in its original packaging, just as it was delivered. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges and eventual custom charges.

The customer should contact hello@nullora.com for further information on how to proceed, such as the return address, including their name and order number on the email subject.

Up until the moment an order is shipped, altering it and/or cancelling it is permitted. For that, the customer should send an email to hello@nullora.com and, in it, include the order number provided in the confirmation notification, the alteration requested and/or the cancellation motive. 

A full refund may be granted when one of the following conditions is met: 

  • The refund request is made within the first 14 days upon receiving the order.

  • The delivered items are defective. If this is the reason for the refund request, the customer is required to provide video/photographic evidence of such damage.

  • The order delivery takes over 30 business days after being confirmed it is in transit.

The delivered items are not in compliance with the parameters previously established/presented in www.nullora.com. If this is the reason, a plausible and reasonable justification will be provided to accompany the refund and return request.
