Shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to. There are no minimum spends and no delivery charges added at checkout.

DELIVERY TIMES

Within the European Union, orders arrive in 5 to 10 business days. Everywhere else, 7 to 14 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is with the carrier its progress is outside our control, and customs checks can add time to international orders.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

Orders shipped outside the European Union may attract customs duties or import taxes. These are set by the destination country, are not included in the price paid to us, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot calculate them in advance and we cannot refund them.

PACKAGING

Every ring ships in a Nullora box.

RETURNS

Returns are covered by our refund policy. In short: 14 days from receiving your order, in the original packaging, with return shipping paid by the customer.
